Urban Bricks - Paramus

This place is amazing. The best pizza I have had by far. The cheese has a wonderful melt and the employees are nice and answer the phone. Was a bit confused at first but Urban Bricks is now rebranded to Hotchkn. I will definitely be back again!

Mannn you’d be happier eating lunchables pizza than ordering here. Saddest looking food I’ve ever overpaid for. Someone said it’s the subways of pizza, which is true but like a subways that’s like a week away from closing and has committed to giving someone food poisoning as a parting gift. It’s that awful.

I'd give it 5 stars but the price is a little ridiculous for a personal pizza (after fees it's around $20 for a 10 inch). That aside, the pizza was absolutely delicious. Will order from again.

I went here on last Saturday with my family. Horrible service! The cashier didn’t specify anything just let us order and then didn’t give us a receipt so we were sitting down for a while waiting for an order that the cooks didn’t even know existed. When we finally solved that issue, they brought our food out “fast”and both the pasta and pizza were cold. Clearly not fresh. They took it back to warm it up, pasta was still cold and pizza was not burnt. The fried donuts were so hard we couldn’t even eat them. Just a bad experience overall. Wouldn’t recommend.

First and last time to order here. Placed an order online for pick up. Order was not ready…it wasn’t even started Went to the pick up line for online orders and was told to go to the walk in line. Waited for an additional 25 minutes for my order. Pasta tasted like mush, pizza barely ok and same for wings. Place was very disorganized. Wish I would have just cancelled my order. Awful experience.
