Mariscos El Guero - Paramount

The best seafood in town can be found in Paramount. I've been going there for years, and I highly recommend trying the fish tacos and ceviche!

I ordered a ceviche tostada and a shrimp cocktail. The fish was just alright; nothing special about the tostada itself. The cocktail was quite bland as well. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I also wished there was avocado, but that was my oversight since I didn’t realize it wasn't included. The restaurant was bustling, with a line of people waiting to be seated outside. However, my takeout order was prepared quickly. Overall, it's a solid spot!
