Please do not sell pastries that are stone and old. You know that the integrity of the baked goods is questionable if they have no expiry date. Turon was not fresh (taste like prob a day old no wonder when I asked to buy 9 they said "we give you in a box when you order 12?? Wouldn't you put her in a box at all? Or did you want to throw 9 Turon in a bag? the chickens were very dry and the filling was tasty. Hopia mongo tasted and dry (who knows how old they were? bibinka was stale and sponge roll was dry and looked better than it tasted. Please do not sell pastries or pastries.

Ladies were sweet and quiet. My absolute favorite Pan de Ube is only found there. Somewhere else such a leaving is related to fuffiness, softness, bite and overall texture

My boyfriend and I popped into Valerio's Bakery on a whim to try out some treats he grew up with in Pampanga. The pan de coco and pan de ube are graciously filled, the bread is soft, the turon is crispy and delicious, and the bibingka is to die for. Absolutely recommend!
