Onigilly Japanese Kitchen - Palo Alto

I absolutely love the food at this restaurant! I always order the Bento Set with 2 Onigilly, and it's just the right amount of food for me.

The restaurant was too expensive and the food was terrible. The teriyaki chicken was flavorless and soft. The salmon was unpleasant and the rice was also soft.

The karage chicken was not well breaded and extremely dry. The onigiri was soggy and lacked seasoning. The tuna mayo was mediocre, similar to a basic tuna fish sandwich, while the salmon was actually quite tasty.

The food wasn't as flavorful as expected . no real zing. and the texture of the fillings wasn't great. the Wasabi slaw was great, though. they put some of the sides and nigiri into the wrong meal boxes--everything was there, I think, but people's meals were mixed up.

Ordered ahead and food was ready on time. Food tasted fresh and filled us up. Lots of options for different pallets as well.Kid-friendliness: No kids menu but fried chicken and fries are available, but the fries have seaweed on them so picky eaters would not care for them as much.Parking: Parking lot and on-street are free for 2 hours. There are a few lots and garages that allow 3 hours for free as well.Wheelchair accessibility: doors are a little hard to open and could pose an issue trying to get in, but office is on ground floor.
