However, it lacked complex flavors and was quite light on seasoning. I wished it had more umami, like from sesame, soy sauce, or some spice. I also tried the rainbow sushi set, which was a bit pricey but included several pieces of nigiri and a few rolls. While the raw fish was very fresh, it didn't stand out as anything special; it tasted similar to high-quality supermarket sushi. Additionally, they should have provided more soy sauce and wasabi with each serving.
