Cafe Aqueduct - PALMYRA

Stopped in twice this week before going into work, both around 8:30am (they open at 8), and there was no coffee brewed. I was shocked the first time and thought it was a fluke, so I tried again today. The server was defensive and said she didn't get trained very well and there's too much to do upon opening. Very disappointed with my visits lately. The food and Imprint coffee is the best, but service is sorely lacking.

Server took our drink order and came back for meal order without any drinks. Drinks arrived eventually and were good(best part of the experience). Food took an hour and wasn't what I ordered. I asked the waitress what I ordered because it didn't look correct and she couldn't tell me what was on the plate in front of me. She took both of our meals away and came back 5 minutes later with the same food and didn't explain what was in front of me. At this point we were so hungry we just ate the incorrect order which was tasty but cold. No one ever came and apologized. I don't blame the server because she was clearly new and possibly overwhelmed. Went out of our way to eat here based on good reviews and pictures. I would not recommend.

Complete and utter disappointment. We biked 15 miles from Fairport, and stopped here for a late breakfast. Waited an hour for eggs! Service was terrible. They had no idea what was going on. Watched them bring the wrong drinks and food to tables multiple times, and brought us the wrong food that was also cold because they were wandering around for 10+ minutes trying to figure out where it belonged. At that point we were starving so we ate whatever they gave us because they didn’t seem to be interested in fixing their mistakes. No apologies or anything. At least maybe comp our coffees? Paid $40 for two cafe drinks and two egg breakfasts that were cold, wrong, and came without sides. What a joke! Never going back!

I went in this morning I ordered a breakfast sandwich, cookie and a cinnamon roll. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. Service was excellent the lady and the cook are so friendly. I definitely recommend this restaurant! Very nice place!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free friendly

First time here, young lady at the counter was very helpful, answered a lot of questions. Coffee was great with a great price! I tried one of their homemade syrups, delicious. Can't wait to go back!!
