Mcdonald's - Palmhurst

They forgot my bacon on my bacon quarter pounder yesterday and they took more than 30 minutes on me getting my cookies dont play i won’t even give it a star 0 as a review cause WHERE IS MY BACON ON MY BURGER WHEN I REALLY WAS CRAVING BACON THEY DONT PUT ITTTTTT!!!

If I Could give them 0 stars, I would. The manager here is disrespectful and violent. Don’t come here or they’ll ask you to fight in the parking lot. Had to call the cops, will also be contacting corporate

No help at the register. Rude lolly gagging employees. And a just as rude manager. I came in April 14 2024 (6:30pm) I felt racially profiled and discriminated because of that. I hear laughing playing and joking the whole time I sat in the dining room. Employees were eating and drinking things while in the Kitchen. When I went to the manager to address my complaints I was met with rude unnecessary explanations instead of an apology and reassurance.

Drive thru. Picked up a qrtr lb meal and a kid's meal fries were hot, burgers were fresh, service was great.Parking: Difficulty finding my way to the drive thru initially.Easy parking.

I always ask my coffee the same way. I can tell when it’s not made right. I usually ask for the creamer and sugar on the side because I cant trust they will make it right. Even then, I double check how much creamers and sugars they give me because they never give me the amount I ask for. This time I had to order through the app so my coffee comes prepared (wish the app had an option to put cream and sugar on the side). I don’t understand why they can never make it right. When I ask for cream and sugar on the side it taste amazing.
