Wingstop - Mission

It wasn't clean. The Soda machine was made of syrup and the wings didn't even have sauce on them. It happened twice. Stingy with the sauce

This place sucks. The girl cashiers are rude and ghetto. They are constantly getting orders wrong. Worker on the phone told me “YOU took the wrong order.” They are hilariously condescending for no reason. Spare yourself the aggravation and go to the Wingstop off the expressway in Mission.

Horrible location!! Last time they took 40 minutes to give us our wings when we called in ahead of time. The most recent time we went 11/26/2022 I called to order at 11:35 pm and they had so me holding for 4 almost 5 minutes. I was already making my way to wing stop when they refused to answer. I get there and they refused us service, even though they would’ve been done if they would’ve answered the phone. Mind you they close at 12 am and we got there at least 20-25 minutes before closing mind you this is after I had tried to call ahead of time and they didn’t answer . You need better employees with manners! They have attitude every time and don’t even try to hide it . Will be talking to corporate:

ASK THE LADY IN THE FRONT FOR A BUFFALO CHICKEN SANDWICH WITH NO PICKLES AND THEY PUT PICKLES I ASK HER NICELY IF THEY CAN TAKE THEM OF AND PUTS ME SOME HARD BUNS HARD THAT I COULD BREAK A WINDOW WITH SO PATIENTLY AGAIN A TELL HER CAN U CHANGE MY BUNS SHE GRABS MY BUNS WITH HER BEAR HANDS AFTER IVE SEEN HER GET DIRTY PLATES AND JST PUTS THEM IN A LIL OVEN AGAIN SAME BUNS I TELL HER LOOK WAT ELSE CAN U GIVE ME BECAUSE C-MON U WOULDN'T PAY FOR WAT U R GIVING ME RIGHT SHE ANSWERS ME WITH SO YES OR NO DO U WANT IT OR NOT (THE CHICKEN SANDWICH) ??? THEY NEED BETTER WORKERS WITH A BETTER ATTITUDE BECAUSE WE PAY FOR THIS FOOD THEY DON'T GIVE IT TO US. DIDN'T GET HER NAME BUT I REMEMBER SHE HAD PURPLE HAIR ??
