My experience was outrageous. I will be contacting the establishment in the morning. The price was $28 for a large pizza and cheesy bread. When I got there I had asked the guy if there was any deals I could get to make it cheaper. He shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t make the prices, smirking with greediness the entire time. When I looked online there were multiple deals to make my meal cheaper but he did not provide any information about them. The employees were all laughing and mocking someone and the manager allows the behavior and encouraged mocking the person. I can only assume that it was another employee by their comments. That is extremely unprofessional. I have worked in restaurant management for over 15 years and that will never be tolerated especially as a “small business”. When I opened my pizza it was disgusting, the sauce wasn’t spread all the way to the edges, the cheese was sparse and I paid $30 I would hope the it’s cheesy but, sadly I was extremely dissatisfied and revolting. I will not be returning to this establishment and I hope when I call in the morning, the management will figure out a solution.
I think this pizza restaurant is in the top three in Tampa Bay! Especially not that salty~ It is recommended not to order through a third-party platform, but call the store or order directly from the official website!
Had a delivery last night. I gave the driver a $120 tip by mistake. She came back to our house to give us the money back. Very very rare these days to find an honest person. Thanks so much.
I've been Jets fan for years, I love the deep dish and have Always been happy, I drive 25 miles one way, however yesterday was the worst pizza ever. I called the manager palm harbor) and explained to him that something was off, it actually tasted horrible. He basically called me a liar, made no attempt to investigate or offer a resolution only that he hopes I come back. He was borderline rude...I feel management needs to do a better job with customer service. After 20 yrs of buying their pizza I'm not sure I'll return.
