Chicken Salad Chick - Palm Harbor

The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding. Each time I visit, the staff is warm, sincere, and quick to assist. While I enjoy the food, it's the exceptional customer service that truly stands out.

I recently tried Chicken Salad Chick for the first time, and I was blown away by the quality of the food. However, my latest delivery order was quite disappointing. I ordered a large grape salad with extra toppings, but it arrived without any toppings mixed in, just two small cups of toppings on the side—which hardly qualifies as "extra," especially since the salad is supposed to serve 4-5 people, but I barely got 2.5 servings. I also ordered the strawberry salad because I've been craving their poppyseed dressing since last week, but unfortunately, it arrived without any dressing at all.

The food here is wonderful. Great service And they do so much good in the community.

So glad to have found this place! Fancy Nancy with grapes, apples and pecans is my fav … Sassy Scotty is a close second, especially as a croissant melt! Excellent grab n go for boat outings too. Love my town, local LQ

The food is delicious, but the staff doesn't seem very friendly; they give off the impression that they're constantly judging you.
