Tacos El Norte Palatine

This is a classic taco restaurant in Palatine. They offer outstanding horchata, and the service is very quick. I especially enjoy the steak tacos and burritos, and the guacamole is delicious as well. I’ve never had a negative experience here. While it may not be exceptional, the food is reliably good.

I genuinely love this restaurant! I've tried over 30 dishes from the menu, and I've always been impressed. The staff is extremely friendly, and I've known the owner for more than 15 years without any problems. I highly recommend the tortas, horchatas, and the steak with shrimp. Also, they serve the freshest guacamole in the Midwest—it’s made fresh right in front of you!

I recently had a craving for tacos and decided to try this spot. I ordered four tacos: beef steak, lengua (tongue), and chicken. They were all wonderfully tasty and seasoned just right. The prices were also very reasonable.
