Subway - Palatine

The service at this restaurant was very poor! I received no service at all and had to wait forever while the workers were focused on fulfilling online orders. I ended up going to a different Subway instead.

It is best to avoid this Subway location. Instead, visit any other establishment where you can interact with friendly employees who will simply prepare your sandwich without any issues.

Something has changed at this location. The subs used to be really good. I went today and there was almost no meat on my 6 inch ? sub. The bread seemed somewhat dry and flavorless. As for the churro it was inedible, like cardboard with cinnamon.I 'm not sure if all Subways are like this now but it 's really sad.

The meat station now has a cover so you cant see how much meat they are putting in the sandwich. And they take their time making sure you get as little as possible. The last quarter of my sandwich had absolutly no meat. And theyll still ask for a tip. Heres a tip, add a normal amount of meat so I dont eat all bread. Im never coming back.
