The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, fantastic sandwiches, and prompt service. It's situated in a complex with a variety of dining options. The place is well-maintained.

I just had to take a moment to acknowledge the lovely girl who was at the register when I paid for my sandwich about half an hour ago. She said to me, "You're really pretty," and it completely caught me off guard! It truly made my day. It's amazing how something so simple can have such a big impact. Potbelly is fortunate to have such kind employees. While she gave me a compliment, I want to make sure she knows that she is beautiful inside and out as well. Thank you again to her for her sweet words!

The food was not only delicious, but the staff was also extremely kind. My debit card was declined because my direct deposit hadn’t gone through. I ended up having to leave, call my bank, get my paycheck from work, deposit it, and then return for dinner later. The manager recognized me and offered me the meal for free, even apologizing for not having done so earlier. How amazing is that?!

Along with the outstanding service and enjoyable ambiance, the food is phenomenal and perfectly seasoned. We ordered pancakes, which the kids absolutely adored. We also sampled the corned beef hash, Louisiana skillet, sliders, eggs and bacon, and their potatoes and meat. I highly recommend these dishes! Both the skillet and the meat were particularly tasty. The portion sizes are generous, and the value is just right! This place is definitely worth a visit. I would love to plan another family outing here in the future! Potbelly serves the best sandwiches, hands down. This location is my favorite among all Potbelly restaurants. I fondly recall the live music that used to play here in the evenings years ago. Plus, their online ordering is fast and hassle-free.
