My husband’s Classic Chicken Sandwich and fries were forgotten, and they can’t issue refunds over the phone. I’m giving it 3 stars because they replaced his order with chicken tenders instead of the 3-piece chicken. We'll see if they actually have my name and number on file when I go to pick it up next time. This place is always busy, so they must be doing something right. Edit: They honored an old receipt, so I'm increasing my rating.

The food was quite spicy, so next time I think I'll opt for the regular chicken sandwich. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were definitely efficient; even with a long line of at least 12 cars in the drive-thru, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I was charged for three chicken sandwiches but only received two. The sandwiches weren't spicy; they were quite plain instead. The food was served cold, and the rolls were overly soft. Additionally, the staff was very rude and unpleasant. They didn't offer any refund, only a credit for my next visit or the option to pick up the missing item. But what if I’m from out of town? I might not want to eat there again after such a poor experience. Overall, I won’t be returning, even just to collect my missing sandwich.

The restaurant is usually busy, so be prepared to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for a table. However, one thing I dislike is that the tables are often dirty, and it seems like no one ever takes the time to clean them. Shouldn't there be someone responsible for keeping the dining area tidy? On a positive note, there is plenty of parking available.
