Cafe Fourteen - Palatine

Decent food and atmosphere,but our service was terrible! It took at least an extra 30 minutes to order and get our bill, not to mention drink refills, etc.

So glad we tried this place, will definitely come back! They accommodated our dietary requests easily, and food came out exactly as ordered. My new favorite restaurant in Palatine! Every time we have gone there, we have never been disappointed. They start you off with the most amazing fresh pizza bread that is out of this world. The last dish I tried was calamari linguine and it was absolutely fantastic. I don’t know if I can eat anything else now. I hope they keep it on the menu

Great local breakfast and lunch place. Belgian waffle was perfectly done and served hot. Fresh squeezes OJ. Bacon was perfectly done. Superb!

Clean restaurant, very friendly staff... We had Junior and he was great!! (Very attentive and ready with coffee refills). I had oatmeal (thick) with fresh berries and granola. Hubby has veggie omelet.. not greasy! Food was fresh and tasty. Would def recommend this place (and ask for Junior as ur waiter)
