Mr. Hero - Painesville

I absolutely love this Mr. Hero location! Despite being a busy store, the service is consistently fast and efficient. Johnny is amazing! He has a positive attitude and is always cheerful and friendly; he even remembers his customers' names. Johnny is dedicated to ensuring perfection and keeping his customers happy. He skillfully manages every aspect of the store. Overall, it’s a fantastic experience!

I visited on July 21, 2024, and purchased a bottle of water. The clerk set an arbitrary price at the counter and added tax to a non-taxable item. When I pointed it out, he acted oblivious and refused to sell the item at its actual price. This is just a typical convenience store scam. I recommend staying away from these dishonest people.

The cheese steak deluxe had less meat than expected, the prices were higher, and the hoagie roll was burnt. All this for $15—what a disappointment.

Johnny is so helpful and always makes me feel welcome. He has great energy, great work ethic and a great personality. He always puts a smile on my face!! :

Johnny pretty much runs the show there at Mr Hero!! He makes sure everything is going right!! He’s Amazing and So Accommodating to every single customer!! Above and Beyond his customer service is and I only wish other people could be as Great as he is!! He always takes great care of me!!
