Noah's Ny Bagels - PACIFIC PALISADES

I absolutely love this place! The staff is wonderful, the bagels are fantastic, and they open early, which is a big plus. If you're looking for delicious bagels and don't want to make a long drive, this is definitely the best choice in the area.

I don't quite understand why this Noah's Bagels has such a low rating, because the customer service from Hervin, Carmen, and Tiffany was outstanding! My best friend and I usually visit the one in Burbank, but since she wanted to stroll around the Palisades area, we decided to try this location. As soon as we walked in, Carmen greeted us with such wonderful energy; she was incredibly accommodating and treated every customer with the same kindness! Then a shift change occurred, and Hervin took over at the front. He made an equally fantastic impression, and I can't help but wonder if this positive atmosphere is unique to the Palisades! After that, we received our food from Tiffany and another equally delightful staff member, leaving us thrilled with the exceptional service. Thank you once again, team! We absolutely loved our experience!

A minute later, I was called back to the counter, where an employee told me that I hadn't ordered cream cheese and offered to sell me a side instead. I felt a bit frustrated because I was sure I had requested cream cheese, but I decided to pay for the side. I also asked if they could at least spread the cream cheese for me, but both workers refused. They then brought over the woman who took my order, and I overheard her telling her colleagues in Spanish that I was lying and hadn’t ordered cream cheese. I understood everything since I speak Spanish, and to my surprise, she told me it was my fault for not getting the correct bagel. I was shocked that such a minor issue escalated like this. I just wanted my bagel and the cream cheese I paid for. It’s not my fault if the cashier didn’t listen or input my order correctly. Mistakes happen, and I wouldn’t have been upset if they had taken responsibility. Instead, they made the situation way more complicated than it needed to be, and it felt like they assumed that no one around here speaks Spanish. On top of that, the bagel itself wasn’t even worth the hassle.

Slow, rundown, needs to go. I just went for a bagel sandwich and it took 15 mins of them forgetting about me. Looks dirty,isn't the place it used to be
