Kfc - Pace

When to Popeye was very rude n said chicken is still frozen for the sandwich. How can you ride a business at 4pm n not have chicken ready to fry. Left we went to KFC. Made it perfect n fresh. Hell0 KFC. out new place to go.. Thank you

Took grandson for chicken, he loved the bites and Mac n cheese.Little slow,we were the only ones there..pot pie had great taste, but not a lot of chicken!

This is one of them that I stop at when I'm at working and I need a good chicken sandwich they always seem to be hot and fresh at that location unlike some of the other ones in town I won't name it right now but at least out there in Santa Rosa there's agood one. stop by and check them out also check me out (Eternal Escapades )on YouTube ????????????????????

Ordered by the KFC app. Was notified of who driver would be and time it would arrive. Food came and just sides and drink was in bag. Missing 16c tenders, pot pie and biscuits. Called the store and talked to manager that want to argue with me that i didhave them in the bag, told her no i didn 't. Then she says oh its still in the pick up area, tell the driver to come back andget it. Told her i ordered through your app and doesn 't give me a way to do that. She said she might have one in her office butwasn 't in it and it wasn 't her problem . That if the driver comes back for another order she will tell him to take it to meor try and get a refund. But again was not her problem and hung up on me!! Poor customer service and will let everyone know andcontacting corporate.

Who ever owns this KFC, I can assure you that you are not paying these people enough. Excellent service. Hot and fresh food. Please make sure your employees know they are doing a great job! THIS KFC ROCKS!!!
