Brickmakers Arms - Oxted

Today on the 08/05/22 opposite the pub a guy crashed into my car leaving me and my 3 year old boy unable to go anywhere. I parked my car up in the carpark and knocked on the door. And from that very moment the people that worked there was absolutely amazing my son did not go with out food or drink for the 4 hours i was there. They let me use the landline to get hold of my insurance company and sort things out. Words can not describe how greatfull i am for what they done for my son and i will never forget this place. I will be popping my head in just to say thank you and shaking there hands every so often. Lovely people

Really enjoyed open mic night. Nice place, friendly people. If I lived locally I'd probably be in there often

Stumbled across this hidden gem. A local traditional pub that serves food too. Staff friendly and the locals were very warm and welcoming. Went for the Lamb Cutlets and struggled to eat it all as it was such a large portion : . Was nice to sit by the fire and admire the tudor style beams.

Sadly I have to leave poor feedback. We decided to take two friends for a drive and a lunch yesterday and we decided on The Brickmakers having looked at their website, seeing the menu board and reading the good reviews. We saw it was open from 12.00 so arrived just before 1.00 TO FIND IT CLOSED!I sat in the car park and looked again at their website and it said OPEN but it certainly wasn 't.Four very disappointed people who had driven quite a way had to go elsewhere.
