Waterside - Oxnard

Great food, staff and music…but their system for managing the public and reservations even though we were on time, they made us wait in line 20 min just to take us to our table that had been vacant since our arrival but some bloke was too busy to take a nano second to verify it was ours…made me think of that Beatles song, Back in the USSR.

The Service was the BEST I've ever had in many visits to Waterside. The food was as generous and delicious as ever. No band this day, but it didn't matter, it was a fabulous luncheon. Dana our server was so quick, and her follow up was terrific! Thanks for a great day out.

We were celebrating 36 years of marriage and wanted to go to a local restaurant. The staff was friendly, quick to get our order and drinks. We sat on the covered patio with heaters that kept us comfortably warm. Our meal was prepared and presented within a few minutes. The food was delicious! The short ribs on risotto was perfect and the wedge salad and lasagna were fantastic. It wasn't too loud for a Tuesday night. They have live entertainment on the weekends. The sun had already set, but during the day you overlook the Channel Islands Harbor. It was a great night for celebrating!

Great place right on the water , went on Saturday night and there was live music as well, clam chowder was great and the ribeye is reasonably priced . Highly
