Oh! Sushi - Oxnard

The menu needs to be updated—I have no idea what their prices are. They should remove the old pictures of the prices and replace them with new ones that reflect the current costs.

I ordered a rainbow roll, and it was quite good! I would rate it a 7.5 out of 10. The tuna was decent, but the salmon was absolutely delicious! Next time I visit...

This restaurant has been a special place for my husband and me since 2019. We used to travel quite a distance, and this was the spot where we would meet up.

This is not a typical sushi restaurant. The food is fresh and well-prepared, but there are some areas that need improvement. I was disappointed when the staff assumed I wanted a large bottle of beer without asking if I preferred a small or large. They also took my payment without checking if I wanted any change. Additionally, the rice in my spicy tuna roll was not sushi rice and lacked flavor. To top it off, the men's restroom floor was unacceptably sticky.

I unfortunately experienced food poisoning from this restaurant. I ordered the Teriyaki beef plate to go, and the meat was the worst I've ever tasted—almost resembling beef in both taste and texture, but God knows how old it was. The beef didn't taste fresh at all. The only decent items were the rice and a couple of pieces of California roll. I would advise caution with the beef and chicken, as they may serve you very old, stale items. If you’re considering sushi or rolls, I’d be wary about the freshness of the fish, too. It seems like they might be serving older products because they know customers are less likely to complain.
