Julep Steakhouse Flights - Oxford

The customer service was so exceptional that I would return even if the food was disappointing. Conversely, the food was so delicious that I would still come back even with poor service! Our server, who I believe was named Marissa (I apologize if that's incorrect), was incredibly friendly and accommodating to our large group. We had young children with us, which can often be challenging for servers, but the entire staff was truly wonderful. The food was a solid 10/10. We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and returning ourselves!

The atmosphere upstairs is disappointingly lackluster. The decor features cheap red curtains similar to those at Dollar General, held up with zip ties, and the lamps and decorations have a distinctly Walmart vibe. Service was inconsistent; it took over an hour for the first person in our group of ten to receive their meal, with the last one waiting even longer. In some instances, it took over an hour just to get our drinks. Unfortunately, two of my friends received meals that were inedible. Tuesday night is couple's night and the food was awesome. Service was great! We had a few nats flying around our table. Otherwise the experience was good. The resturant was really clean with a nice ambience.

Wonderfully warm and graciously delicious experience at Sunday Brunch at Tulep today. I'll be back. The flavorful food was prepared with care and passion. The service was sincere and welcoming. Keep up the great Southern Hospitality. Thank you, Chef Marshall Welsh

Good location. The atmosphere is ok. Really didn't understand the theme. Music sounded like they were going for a old Hollywood theme with Frank Sinatra music in background but the decor art/light fixtures)didn't match no anything. The food hmmm.... the concept was good the food wasn't. We chose the seafood flight.
