Whataburger - Owasso

I ordered a regular patty melt with everything on it instead I received a dry burger no onions and 2 slices of cheese this is pathetic

The small fries I ordered were only half full, but everything else was good.

The fries were served cold and stale. The #2 Double Meat Whataburger lacked flavor and was quite dry.

This was my first and last experience at this restaurant. I placed a simple order, yet they managed to get it entirely wrong. Instead of the chocolate shake I ordered, I received a vanilla medium shake, and my Cobb salad was covered in tomatoes, which I'm allergic to. The chicken was bland and mushy, and the prepackaged dressing was unappetizing. To top it off, they only provided one small cup of dressing for a $12 salad. I've never encountered a restaurant that charges extra for additional dressing on a full-sized salad.

The dining room is spotless. The Frito chili cheese burger is fantastic! I do miss the Dr. Pepper shakes, but the white chocolate raspberry shake is a nice substitute. The staff is friendly and quick.
