Pizza Hut - Owasso

I would give them 100 stars if I could! Lainey and her team at the Owasso, OK location consistently make the best pizza every time we order. Today, they crafted the most amazing custom pizzas for my wife and me, and the price was only $10 each. I challenge Papa John to match this! #PizzaHutOwassoRocks

We ordered a pizza on Valentine's Day, but when it arrived, the dough was undercooked and inedible. Unfortunately, it was too late to place another order, so we requested a refund. A month passed without receiving the refund, despite my attempts to call several times each day since Valentine's Day. Eventually, I spoke with Daniel, the manager. Not only did he process our refund, but he also offered us a complimentary pizza! Thank you for going above and beyond! We look forward to returning because of your excellent service!

At our request, they provided us with a dozen glasses and two pitchers of water, which they kept filled for two hours. For those who preferred soda, they made sure individual cups were always topped up. Everything we ordered was delivered correctly, and we all had a fantastic time. The music was enjoyable, and they even turned off the TV when we mentioned we didn’t want it on. Our server expertly managed to keep track of all our orders and bills. Overall, it was a great experience!
