Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Overland Park

Staff refused to take any orders and required everyone to download app to order. There were no signs and staff didn't announce this at all. After waiting in what I thought was the order line, someone told me they weren't taking orders. Really frustrated with this experience. ETA: I'm still waiting. I strongly suggest going to another location, which I will be doing in the future.

The store was supposed to open at 8, it’s now 9:30 and the sign says open but the doors are locked and the lights are off. That’s annoying and unprofessional.

I had people yelling over the top of our un topped smoothie containers, that were just being place up where customers could eat. I now have covid and I'm absolutely suspicious of this restaurant and would like someone to get in contact with me

It is often cumbersome to find places in alignment with my health choices and dietary restrictions. To walk in the elegant doors and be greeted with the fresh aroma of fruit smoothies and tropical vibes was a rush of relief. The overhead lights project a burst of light to fill the beachy café. When I stepped up to the cash register, I was immediately welcomed by the warm and courteous staff members. I ordered the “Watermelon Mojito” smoothie. Was very understaffed, store was full of people with only two employees. At one point one of the staff locked the doors so customers could exit still but no additional could enter. We left without ordering because orders were taking too long and looked to be getting mixed up.
