Taco Bell - Overland Park

I just tried to pick up an order here. Drive thru had twelve cars backed up because they didn't want to ask someone to pull forward. No pick up orders ready. No one at the front counter, people standing and waiting in line. Another customer that was waiting in the drive thru came inside and had to ask them to tell the customer holding up the drive thru to pull up. Went for breakfast and they did not have any eggs cooked and didn't want to make more. They offered to give me my normal order minus the eggs, but that would have not been very good. They did make a few lunch menu items for me to make up for it.

Awesome customer service. Courteous, professional. This is how all Taco Bell restaurants should operate.

I mean, it's Taco Bell, but the food was well prepared, they got my order right, they were fast, and they were friendly. Not much more you can ask for it.

Employee was texting while guests were waiting in line.for over 5 minutes
