Contribuiți la feedbackThis was not my preferred spot for pho in Kansas City. The broth was lacking in flavor. However, I appreciated the self-service bar for add-ins. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for pho.
You have an outstanding pork stall. The pork chop is expertly marinated and cooked to near perfection—it's neither too tough nor too soft. The portion size is reasonable for the price, complemented by vegetables and eggs on the plate, which enhance the overall experience. The meal also includes a soup. Additionally, the tofu spring roll with peanut sauce is a delectable dish.
The restaurant was spacious and had a nice self-service station for Pho vegetables. However, the food was only decent. I wasn't particularly fond of the Pho itself. Unfortunately, the person who took our order forgot to submit one of our items, and I felt it was because he seemed rushed. When he took orders from other customers, it appeared he was overwhelmed.
The best. I'm a traveler, so I ordered pho in most major cities in the USA and around the world. This place is good! Beef stew had more cattle shocks than I can eat. It was tender and fat enough to be tasteful. I'm so glad I found this place in KS!
Unbussed tables. Bussed tables not wiped with crusty stuff on top. Low end restaurant with bad decor and lighting. Food was not great. I would have been better off spicing up Ramen noodles from the grocery store. I wanted this to be great. It wasn't even ok. I had beef pho. Wife tried #15. She took one bite of meat and it was no for her. I tried it also. Funky taste Portions were large Spring roll dipping sauce was ok Table condiments were dirty and crusty with lids open on many? Overall, just no.
