Panera Bread - Overland Park

Horrible service, here by 0700 hrs and they are out of bagels. Incredible!

Worst Panera on the planet! Three cars in the drive thru 20 min wait! Always! Never going back.

They get my order wrong now for more than twice or three times, but other than just checking if everything is as ordered, same good old Panera.

Just went to the drive trough and when we got home they gave us the wrong soup. Onion soup instead of the creamy tomato. Not the first time it happened. Next time better check the order, good change it’s wrong.

Ordered a u pick 2 to go with soup and half the grilled cheese. Got warm white bread with melted cheese in the middle No grill on it at all. Disappointed.
