Panera Bread - Overland Park

Do not order here for your lunch. I go consistently hoping it changes but they don’t put rapid pick up orders on the shelves. You have to wander around the crowd trying to find your order and then you’re told (like it’s totally obvious) that the order you already paid for and want to pick up is “somewhere behind the cashiers”.

The customer service on the mid-afternoon weekday shift is consistently very poor. They have no idea how to fill a Rapid Pickup order. You'd be better off just making it yourself.

I only used the bathroom, but it was nice and clean.

Picking up our uber eats order was a pleasant experience, staff was once again very pleasant and efficient.

Food is good, staff is good but Rapid Pick up continually has issues. Order online only to have to reorder in person. Adds 15-20mins of wasted time to my lunch. No bueno.
