Arby's - Overland Park

There at 1730 clock and it was closed. not sure how that makes sense.

This is THE WORST Arbys in JoCo! Went there to get two French dip sandwiches to go... got home and there was literally 2 slices of roast beef on the sandwiches and one of the sandwiches had a lovely dark hair in it mixed in with the cheese... GROSS!! I sent an email to the store and got no response.... Obviously they don't care about their customers (former customer Guess I'll contact the health dept next before someone gets food poisoning!

Inconsistent hours. Today, they were not open at 10, said open at 11. Several times it will be afternoon or early evening and it's closed with automated message in drive thru. Employees are very nice otherwise.

Place was closed today, Wed, at 6pm. Automated message played over the drive through radio. No reason given. What's going on with this place?

Sunday 8 PM. Signs say that the store is supposed to be open, but the store's dark, no one inside and not a car in the parking lot. What gives?
