This restaurant is truly one-of-a-kind. The atmosphere deserves a solid 5 stars, while the beer options rate a 3. It's a must-visit for any beer enthusiast. Just a heads up: their hours are limited and can change frequently. The owner has a bit of a grumpy demeanor, so be cautious as he might charm your significant other!

We discovered this gem during our honeymoon. After trying another brewery just down the street, we realized this was the best beer spot in Ouray. We enjoyed every beer we sampled during our visits to this wonderful establishment. Our favorite was the stout, which was smooth and free from the overly harsh tannic flavors that can be common in other stouts. The carbonation in all their beers was spot-on, unlike the other brewery. The atmosphere was fantastic for a small-town brewery. Be sure to add it to your must-visit list when you're in Ouray!

Mr. Grumpy Pants definitely lives up to his name. He made me feel like a fool for ringing the bell for service while he was sitting at the bar with his friends. I guess I should have known he was the bartender. As for the beer, it was nothing special.
