Fulltilt Saloon - Ouray

We had lunch again and all ordered the chicken sandwiches, this time with Cajun fries. Everything was excellent and the service was nice. This is our favorite spot in Ouray.

The food was enjoyable, and the service was pleasant—overall, it was a nice experience. While it doesn’t stand out as exceptional, it is one of the few restaurants available for lunch. I had a pretty disappointing experience at this restaurant. I stopped in on a Friday night, and before we even got a chance to say hello, the server informed us that the kitchen was closed. We assured her that was fine and expressed our interest in ordering drinks, while also inquiring about the karaoke mentioned on the website. To our surprise, she told us it was winter—despite the warm weather and tourists strolling around in shorts and t-shirts. Then, she just walked away without taking our drink order. We decided to leave and headed to the Silver Eagle instead. The bartender there was also a bit unfriendly, but at least he wasn’t outright hostile. I can't help but wonder what experiences led to such attitudes.
