It's accidentally stopped. I have a few sausages that boiled amazingly, and the Elch Summer sausage is great. The prices were very reasonable. Even got some advice as I cure my own bacon, amazing shop with large employees / owners

I made beef stew using meat from Ouray Meat and Cheese, and honestly, it turned out to be the best beef stew I’ve ever made. The meat was incredible. Keep up the great work, Ouray Meat and Cheese!

I cannot thank the heavens more for this beautiful gem of a shop. I am a San Francisco kid who grow up in a cheese shop so moving to a small town in Colorado and discovering this place is more then I could have asked for. They have everything you need even pickled goods. Okay no fresh produce but you've got the market across the street. This place really is a one stop shop. Also the folks who work there are absolute sweethearts. Part of going there is also to chat with them.
