Breadeaux Pizza - Ottumwa

Every time I visit, I encounter problems. Either the items I want are sold out, or I receive something completely different from what I ordered. It's utterly frustrating. I cannot recommend this restaurant for your dining experience.

I've ordered from this restaurant multiple times online, and they've never gotten my order right. I hadn't ordered from them in a while, but on Friday, April 5th, I decided to give it another try. They called to inform me that three out of the four items I ordered were unavailable, so I canceled my order. Now it's Tuesday, April 9th, and I still haven't received a refund. They quickly took my money, but I haven't seen it returned. Furthermore, they aren't answering my calls now.

I ordered online but received onion rings instead of what I wanted. When I called to ask about it, I was told they were from Pommes. They should have called to check if that was acceptable since I don't like onion rings. Additionally, both the tenderloin and the onion rings were boiled and cold. I won't be ordering from here again.

Best Vegetable Pizza I've ever eaten. Good setting to enjoy friends and enjoy good food. The service is also very good and the staff is friendly.

I've been ordering from here for 5-6 years. I generally order the same thing, a large A'mour-za with hot sausage and mixed olives. I've never had a problem till this year. All of a sudden, I've been told it doesn't come with hot sausage. And that it's always been that way. And tonight I was told that it only comes in a medium at the biggest. I live 5 minutes from the location. But always takes 45-50 minutes minimum for delivery. It used to take 10-15 minutes ordering in the location. Now it's taking up to 30-35 minutes. Tonight's the last time I will be ordering from here.
