Tequila Grill - Ottumwa

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly, well-kept waiter, which made me feel welcome instantly. He promptly brought us chips and salsa along with the menus. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to update the menus, as they had certainly seen better days from all the use. We ordered a burrito and fajitas, and within just ten minutes, our warm meals arrived. Everything was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. The waiter was attentive without being intrusive, even during peak hours. I haven't encountered such great service in a long time. He met all of our needs and answered any questions we had about the menu. I appreciated the open layout of the restaurant and its relaxed atmosphere. The prices were very reasonable, making it accessible for everyone to enjoy a nice meal. I particularly enjoyed the Mexican music playing in the background—it added to the overall experience. I would consider this place one of my new favorites and look forward to returning.

Dining here is an incredible experience! Her peach margarita was simply perfect! Our server, Giovanny, was very friendly and extremely attentive. My partner and I shared nachos and fajitas, and everything was spot on! My only complaint is that we were seated at a table near the kitchen/bar area, which was quite loud and bustling. Additionally, there is a door that leads to the cellar, and when it's left open, there's a strong odor. However, everything else was fantastic! We will definitely be coming back!

The food was incredibly delicious and remarkably affordable. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. Despite the restaurant being quite crowded and bustling, we were seated in a reasonable amount of time—around 10 to 15 minutes—and our meals arrived promptly after placing our order.

Enlivened at night, but our party of 5 was quickly sitting! the food was great, drink almost immediately. wait for the food was minimal. special order at our table was perfect. can't wait to go back!

Food has never disappointed me. Always delicious! But... Servers are super sweet and in high spirits. But Staff is also short so the place seems to constantly be full of people that's also waiting a pretty good minute to be seated. Then they're all running in every possible direction, that it's a little chaotic to witness. The need more servers.
