Wendy's - Ottawa

They were super busy the day I left, but it was 12:30, so I expected so much. The workers were all nice and seemed good to communicate. They ran out of baked potatoes and told the few people how long it would take and offered them something else if they wanted to. (All three concerned decided to stay and wait for their food as they planned to eat anyway. The food was super hot and fresh. Her freestyle coke machine was made of many flavors, and when the Gent went to replace as many as he could, he announced to the dining room what was available.

It depends on when you go and who helps you. On Saturday it was a 1 star today it was a 4 star. The manager is very nice and hard working to make the day after the terrible service better. Today I had a good service and the food was fresh.
