The location of the restaurant is not very safe. The parking lot is small and shared with other businesses.

I typically don't write reviews or complain if I am not satisfied, but I am incredibly disappointed with the service at the 7th location. My boyfriend and I visit this place every morning before work to get our iced chai lattes with vanilla sweet cream foam, without any additional ingredients. We have ordered the same drink 3-4 times a week and in the last two weeks, on four occasions, we have been given completely wrong orders. Unfortunately, I only notice the mistake once I am already on my way to work and it is too late to turn back. The lady with glasses and brown hair continuously messes up our order, and I do not have the time to ask her to fix it. Today, I received a plain iced latte with vanilla syrup and the wrong cold foam. Yesterday, we were given a hot drink that we did not order. The day before that, they added seven pumps of vanilla syrup to my drink when I specifically asked for none. It is frustrating that they keep confusing a simple iced chai latte with these complicated espresso drinks. I will be contacting management today as I am tired of wasting my money on drinks that I did not order. They need to improve their training or hire new staff. This has happened too frequently and this morning was the last straw for me. Giving someone a drink they did not order could have serious consequences for someone with food allergies. I do not drink coffee because it makes me anxious and shaky, and unknowingly consuming the wrong drink this morning made me feel unwell. They need to be more careful before they face legal action. I am not one to complain, but I have had enough of this location's incompetence.
