The shift manager Jasmine is rude needs some more training on customer service. I made an order on the website ordered two bowls. I put the order under my husbands name since he was going to be picking up and I noticed he ordered the wrong items and i went back to order the correct items. When i finalized the order the website glitched but the order went thru and i realized it was the original order. I instantly called to notify them what had happened and the person on shift said it would be okay and they could correct the order. I told her his name and told her to give me a second so i could give her the order number and she said it wouldn't be a problem that she would see it.When my husband went into the store he confirmed that the order was corrected and they agreed that it was corrected. But when he arrived home we noticed it was not corrected.I called the store and the person sincerely apologized for the confusion and said she would issue a refund for the incorrect bowl.A minute later, Jasmine called back with an attitude saying that she could not issue the refund at all because it was under my name and not my husbands. When i explained to her that i had offered to give the order number and that the website glitched and that the person already offered me a full refund, she said she could give me 10% off the order.I asked when i could give them a call back when the main manager or the owner was in and she informed me that they pop in whenever they want too and that she would have them give me take care of the refund whenever they talk to me.This entire situation could have been dealt with more professionally and I wonder when the manager/owner will make the time to call and rectify this situation that Jasmine put us in over $11.

Love the açaí bowls at Berry Brand in Cerritos! Located on the corner of a strip mall on South Street. Service is always friendly, and the prices are super affordable.I always get the 12oz create your own with mango and acai base, toppings: chocolate chip granola, hemp granola, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, toasted coconut, goji berries, flax seeds, chia seeds, almond butter, and agave. It is so delicious and refreshing!Very clean establishment though not many seats, so it is mostly a takeout location. The location is easy to access and there is plenty of parking available.They also sell bottles of Pressed Juicery.I would definitely recommend Berry Brand to anyone looking for a healthy and refreshing snack or meal.

Choice of several bases including roots acai, mango, coconut dream, and pitaya. Unlimited toppings include seeds, butters and puddings. Too much variety dulls the flavors, so don't go overboard.
