Contribuiți la feedbackServices were exceptionally slow. 25 min to get a quac and shot. Decided to make it to go. Menu says prices inclusive of 20% gratuity which it not the case 20% Gratuity was added after tallying the price. I didn’t complain but the menu should state 20% Gratuity added to price totals or something similar. I’ll change my review if the menu is changed.
Guacamole dip was the only thing good, 245.00 fo a dinner for 2, should of got way more, I ordered a chicken dinner with mashed potatoes, what I got was the smallest chicken wing on earth and some dehydrated potatoes , friend got some dried out enchiladas, if your looking for a view go there, there food is seriously lacking in quality, we both had 2 small drinks as well, but still I feel yard house for the half the price is still way better, you guys need to step up, definitely not going there again, if I do just drinks only
I would only recommend the view. Food and service was sub par. Only one server for the whole place during a busy weekday lunch. The Ropa Vieja plate was disappointing and lacked any flavor/seasoning.
They just couldn't keep up with the fathers day reservations versus the walk in and hotel guest
Fuego at Hotel Maya offers a delightful Latin American dining experience with stunning waterfront views. Here's a breakdown of my recent visit: Food: Overall, the food was good, with some highlights and one miss. The shrimp adobo was the star of the show a flavorful combination of shrimp, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts. The ropa vieja (braised beef) was also delicious, presented with black beans, tacos, cabbage, and plantains. Unfortunately, the fried calamari fell flat, lacking in flavor. Portions and Price: Be prepared for generous portions come hungry! The price point reflects the upscale ambiance, with most entrees ranging from $30 to $50. Service: Keep in mind that a 20% service charge is automatically added to the bill. Ambiance: The best part? The view! Fuego boasts stunning waterfront vistas, making it a great spot for a special occasion. Overall: Fuego offers delicious Latin American cuisine in a beautiful setting. The portions are large, but the price tag reflects the upscale experience. Be aware of the automatic service charge added to the bill. If you're looking for a memorable meal with a view, Fuego is worth considering, but keep your budget in mind.
