Thai Issan Birkenhead Auckland

Went there for the first time for dinner. A nice little restaurant in the middle of the suburbs that is clearly very popular with the locals. There were about a dozen people picking up their phone orders while we had dinner. Good ambience decor, its a small place so i can imagine it being a bit cramped if they’re at full capacity. Excellent service from the waitress our food came out pretty fast. The mains were flavoursome, the portions were just right. Would recommend this place and we’d definitely be back

Consistently good, inexpensive, Thai takeaway food. I have tried most of the veggie/tofu dishes and they are always very tasty. We have eaten in there a couple of times, which was fine, but mostly we'll pick up a takeaway.

This was my second group visit here in 4 months and on both occasions the food was fantastic, could not fault it freshly cooked veges and meats and it was really, really good food, what more can I say. We had to wait a bit for the drinks order to be taken as they were busy with takeaways but we didn't mind that much as they arrived fairly soon after taking our orders and in my opinion this is the best Thai in Birkenhead.

This place is very close to my house in Birkenhead. It is my go to place when I am in the mood of having thai food. It is one of the best places for thai food in auckland. I usually order Stir fried chicken with cashew nuts and I am never disappointed. Food is delicious and portion size is just about right .Staff is very friendly and atmosphere is good.

One of the best Thai restaurants I've been to in Auckland. Service was great. Relaxed atmosphere. Amazing food. Bottomless rice. BYO. Loved it.
