Mcdonald's - Orléans

I absolutely don't recommend this Mc Do. Hygiene is really not a rigor in this establishment, control terminals and tables full of finger traces, very dirty soil, like an impression of pass cleaned for several days, the toilets reflect the place and in addition to soap. To conclude our meal was practically cold, time of arrival 11:45 so the staff did not seem to be overwhelmed. Visibly the client doesn't seem a priority and I advise them to remove the hygiene poster, nothing is respected.

It’s not the first time that we’re coming, tonight there’s a problem with the orders, which explains the fact that in the order to take it is cold out of the mc do, paid some sauces that we don’t have, asked for a sandwich instead of telling us there’s more have we put another one there will see that fire, its will be when we arrive?! Worst and worse this mc do, have been sent on the roses for nothing, cashing and faster than waiting time to get its order!!

On the Sunday of August 18th we returned from family holiday after having placed our order we waited for more than one hour. is this fast food???????? Lack of staff and bad management, until customers asked to get repaid because time was counted. Never again will stop the one.

Total disappointment just for a happy meal! I order at the drive: command and fast cashing. Recovery of the order and arrived at home: no dessert for the child!!! It starts to get regular, it's a shame!
