Kfc - Orem

I ordered a $9 box of fries, but it was only half full. I received 7 biscuits without any butter or honey, despite paying for honey sauce. The chicken thighs were tiny, similar in size to nuggets, and the chicken nuggets themselves seemed like leftover crumbs from the bottom of the fryer. Overall, it was a terrible experience—just garbage all around. I ended up spending $70 on what felt like complete trash.

The chicken was quite good, but the fries were disappointing. While the seasoning was nice, the fries were strangely dry. Unfortunately, the mac and cheese had a bitter taste. Although I don't expect perfect southern-style cooking, the bitterness was so unpleasant that I ended up throwing it away.

Incredible experience! I absolutely loved the aroma, and I can't wait to savor every bite.

This said it was supposed to come with gravy and there was no gravy in the bag. I was disappointed because we really were looking forward to mashed potatoes with gravy...

The KFC manager told me that someone else took my order and that I have to contact support (a timely process) in order for them to make me another sandwich so they dont lose profit. They did not handle the situation well.
