Arby's - Orem

I went through the drive-thru and half of our order was missing. We had ordered the $12 family pack along with a classic roast beef sandwich, but we only received 2 roast beef sandwiches and 2 fries. We were missing 4 sliders, 2 more fries, and 1 additional roast beef sandwich. I called to request a refund, but they were unable to issue one. It was a disappointing experience—we simply didn't get the meats we had ordered.

We ordered a #1 double, which includes cheese, but when we received our meal, there was only meat and no cheese. I called to voice my complaint, and they simply thanked me for the feedback and ended the call. I also filled out the survey and requested to be contacted, but it’s been almost a week, and no one has reached out. It's disappointing to see that a corporate store doesn't meet the standards of their franchise in Provo, East Bay.

Love Arby's Gyros and French Dips. This one is the biggest Arby's I've been to and ot was clean.

Sunday crew did a great job. Fast, friendly, everything was in stock. Had desserts, shake machine working... and love there are 2 options on the fries. My husband is not a fan of the curly fries so happy you have regular. Thank you Sunday crew! Greatleadership going on there!

Incredibly fast service! The person managing the drive-thru, Steve, was exceptionally professional and courteous, which is often surprising for fast food establishments. It was a delightful experience. Go, Steve! You deserve a raise!
