Mcdonald's - Oregon

This McDonald's is really busy sure employees are hard to come by to work in the fast pace industry.however they honor any mistaken orders you get far as I'm concerned it's 4 stars because of the effort they put in for the public

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for them to mess up the order and then forgot about me while waiting at the drive thru waiting spot so all of my food went cold. Last time I'm ever coming here again. Didn't even get to eat very disappointed.

There were three cars ahead of me when I pulled up to the drive thru. It took 22 min to get 2 hashbrowns and a frappe. And they gave me the wrong flavor of frappe. By then I didn't have time to try to fix it. If you're in a hurry I'd think twice about going there. And not leave until you've made sure your order was correct.

I still love their french fries and their coffees are good too,

The customer service here is awful. Wrong orders and high wait times are the norm.
