Mcdonald's - Oregon

Very nice people working at the Salem location. Bathroom was clean. Our food was good and came out in a timely fashion. Thanks Salem crew!

Rats at this McDonald’s…… McDonald’s you aren’t fooling anyone! We all know you’re recycling your food. You’re cutting on quality to save money. Your food resembles trash. If someone handed me food that’s been sitting in the trash and compared it to your food. I wouldn’t know the difference! You’re not setting your employees up for success, when they leave to find another job. They will only know the poor work ethic that they learned from your McDonald’s. Would have given no stars but couldn't. I placed a mobile order using my points and when I picked it up they took forever to find it, then told me there is a balance even though I used my points, then still had to wait even longer to get my order. Seemed like no one there in new how to do their jobs and looked very confused like they've never seen a mobile order let alone one used with points.

Ice machine had mold in it that came out with our ice.. not even going to mention the wait time because no one wants to work right now but at least keep your area clean

Now, I absolutely understand the shortage on employees. But does the shortage need to affect the food??? I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with no tomatoes. What did I get? A bun. A squirt of ketchup. Onion. Bacon??? And 2 patties. What??? I'm not usually picky if I get an order that's wrong, but this was just lazy.
