Delicious schnitzel and fondue. You won't find this anywhere else, such a shame it's closing.

Been going here since I was a kid! My family immigrated here from Germany and we are all big fans! They will be closing soon we are all so sad! Their cheese fondue is the best!! Go now before their doors close for good! Support this local chain started here in Portland!

This is actually my very first time trying the German cuisine, and I must say, I am BLOWN AWAY. I'm not a fan of alcohol so I wont be commenting on the beer (not too bitter for my taste), but the sausage trio, the foudue and the pork St.Moritz schnitzel(perfect dish for a meat lover like me btw)?Those are love at first bites! Sadly, by the time I publish this review, Gustav and Biergarten should already be closed, the original restaurant in Sandy however, should be still opening. Finally, best … – show

Gustav's is amazing. I remember eating there as a child and I enjoyed it to the end. All the best!

Wait time was super long, but everyone's really understaffed right now so I get it. Food was great!
