He was told to park by the yellow pole and they would bring it out. After waiting 15 minutes, he came home with the wrong order! When I called the location on Blanding Blvd., I spoke with someone who claimed to be the District Manager, Tianna. My family and I have decided that we will never order from that location again! I've never experienced such unprofessional treatment from a customer service representative. This establishment consistently fails to have chicken ready and their customer service is sorely lacking. I was informed that Tianna offered to replace our order, but I would have appreciated it if her tone and attitude had been more respectful. Instead, it felt like she assumed we were at fault for receiving the incorrect order. We were just expected to accept whatever they gave us and be satisfied, and if we weren’t, we were told we could return to request a correction for their mistake. Now I’m left feeling frustrated and out of money, time, and gas. Was that meal really worth it? Even when going there at opening time, they still struggle to have their products ready due to staff shortages. Then, on September 15, 2022, I received a call from the Clay County Sheriff’s Department because Tianna claimed to feel threatened after our conversation. It’s unbelievable! If this is the quality of employees they hire at this Popeyes, it’s no wonder they can’t get it right. We wait 15 minutes for our order, and it’s still wrong, accompanied by rude customer service as if they’re doing us a favor by serving us chicken that we’re paying for! I refuse to spend my money there ever again!
Whenever I get the chance, I make the trip from my current location to dine here. The food is incredible, the staff is wonderful, and the manager is truly one of a kind.
This place is a complete joke! Seriously, DO NOT go here if you want a good experience. This was my third visit, and I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order! No one greeted me or let me know it would just be a moment—there was no acknowledgment whatsoever! It's as if all the staff are in a bad mood, and not a single person smiled. I blame the poor service on the management because bad leadership leads to unmotivated employees. If anyone cares about this establishment, they need to make some serious changes, starting with the so-called inexperienced management. Planning to come for lunch, especially on the weekends? Think again!
We arrived at 10 a.m. on the ride, which is the time they are open. I said no chicken would be ready for more than 15 minutes. Why isn't the food ready? The short excuses are just the excuses. What happened that employees work at the time and are prepared for customers to open? So it's always at this Popeyes location. Always a very long waiting period and they are always made of items and then when you get the order, it is wrong or missing items. Where is the owner and why isn't the owner up there? For months. Ridiculous! Don't waste your time.
I recommend coming here if you have time, especially if the drive-thru is backed up. I ordered mobile and at the register took about 20 min for my food. But it was fresh. A worker recommended me ordering on the app since it?s cheaper! I always came in to redeem my code from my previous receipts.
