Grumpy's - Middleburg

The outside is beautiful, but the Landscaper planted a tree in front of the Grumpy's sign so hard to see it from the road. We got there fairly early and was greeted by the Skyler right away. Recognized our server. He was so professional, courteous, fast, friendly and prompt. The food was definitely on point. The Asst manager did table check and was very personable checking on her patrons. It is a must do if your hungry!! Definitely will be back!

Took my daughter out for a mommy daughter breakfast. I've seen this place with long lines any time we've passed it. But today we got up just early enough to miss the line. Staff was extremely friendly and checked on our needs quiet a bit. My little one ate the majority of her food which is a big win for me. I'm not usually a pancake person unless they're made at home, but theirs were nice and fluffy and soft and enjoyable to eat. The orange juice was most certainly fresh squeezed just as advertised and was perfect. All in all if I can wake up extra early to beat the lines we will be back again! Thanks for the amazing breakfast!

You can't go wrong with Grumpy's! Breakfast in either location (Middleburg or Orange Park). Service is great. Food quality is great! Portions are generous and priced fair. Lunch options and soups are tasty. Had the Red, white and blueberry waffle which also comes with a piece of cheesecake which was delicious! Try them, but get there early the tables will fill fast.

Had a late breakfast here, very busy location for a Sunday morning, 30 minute wait to be seated. Was well worth the wait, great size portions for the prices, and excellent taste quality. Also gluten free bread offered for dietary restrictions, as we have in our party. So other than the fact they stay busy great place to eat.

Rare 5 Star. Service Excellent. Food Excellent. We had the Big Breakfast Corned Beef Hash with eggs. Gratifying to see the same business model carried over with the franchisees.
