Dairy Queen - Orange Park

We visit every Sunday and always have a good experience. But today the manager has allied the employees who are always friendly. She wasn't wearing a name tag, but screamed at the staff in front of a dining room full of customers. Very rude and unprofessional.

My fav ice cream. The best of all time! Delicious! Recommended! Good service.

The staff is nice and food/ice is good, but there is this one manager with a buzz cut that always looks and seems crazy. She just puts down the mood of the whole place.

I went through the drive thru and the young man who gave me what I ordered was very nice, I had asked for a few things, i.e. ketchup, I just wanted to complicate this young man, he was very attentive and good, in today's world it is hard to find many young men and women who are proud of their jobs and so polite. Today is 9/5/2021 it was about 2:00 hopefully his managers will see this. he was a nice looking young African American who also had pants. I find quite all the people who work there are polite. This Dairy Queen never listened, I told them i wanted a regular Bacon Cheeseburger and always ends up giving me the Bacon Cheeseburger SUPREME with Lettuce Tomatoes and the Hard Gummy Bread. Last time im ordering food here. And told them to put extra nuts on my caramel Sunday and they didn't listen either... ????
