Worst service ever... got our burgers wrong. Asked them to remake took over 20 minutes to get replacement burgers because they had to make the other orders placed after ours. I should not have to spend 40 minutes at Sonic to get my entire order the way it was ordered... never again! I'll hit up the Sonic on 16th St. moving forward. Service: Take out

If I could give them zero stars, I would my first job was sonic so I am sympathetic to certain things but I have got here about 15 times trying to get ice cream and I 've waited a few weeks in between or a few days in between to see if they 've got it fixed and they still haven 't got it fixed after months. They should at least have a sign or something so that way I don 't waste my gas and time driving over there to try to get ice cream and then I have to disappoint my son because the ice cream machine is still broken . Couldn 't get the employees names. Don 't wanna get them in trouble, but I was originally speaking to a girl and in the middle of me talking I got cut off my man who tried to ask if I wanted anything else and I thought it was very rude that I didn 't get finished talking. And I was of course polite and said no, sir, and left but this sonic has had problems for a very long time. I don 't think my little review is going if you fix anything but I will never go back again.
